2. Data collected

Through the quote form: name, company, e-mail, phone, destination country, product and size grade sought, estimated volume, incoterm and message content.

No sensitive data is collected. Optional fields are marked as such in the form.

3. Purposes and legal basis

The data is used solely to process the quote request and the resulting commercial follow-up.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, and their express consent given when submitting the form.

4. Recipients

The data is accessible to the export team and, where relevant, to the partner packing stations strictly concerned by the request.

No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.

5. Retention period

Requests that do not lead to business are kept for three years from the last contact. Data related to a business relationship is kept for the legal period applicable to commercial documents.

6. Hosting and security

The data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on a dedicated server, with access restricted to authorised people and encrypted backups.

Exchanges with the site are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

7. Cookies

The site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for operation may be used.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. These rights can be exercised by e-mail to contact@vetafresh.com.

In accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, a complaint may be lodged with the CNDP.
